Haqeeqat-e-Eid Milad-ul-Nabi also known as The Reality Behind the Celebration of Birth of The Holy Prophet. The word “Milad” is derived from the word “Wiladat” which means birth and Eid means festivity. Eid Milad-un-Nabi refers to the celebration of the sacred birth of our beloved Holy Prophet. In this age, some people consider it an innovation in the religion. They give the argument that it was not celebrated in the era of the Holy Prophet and his sacred Companions. There are many such things which did not happen in the era of the Holy Prophet and his Companions but are practised afterwards by mutual consensus. However, Sultan-ul-Ashiqeen Hazrat Sakhi Sultan Mohammad Najib-ur-Rehman has proved in this book that not only Allah celebrated the birth of His beloved Prophet but it was also celebrated in the era of Holy Prophet, sacred Companions and their successors.
Eid Milad-un-Nabi just means praising the Holy Prophet, elaborating the bright and beautiful aspects of his shariah, mentioning his marvels and highest levels, being grateful to Allah for His greatest blessing in the form of Holy Prophet, discussing the Mohammadan Reality, giving awareness about the Islamic laws to people, reciting encomiums on the Holy Prophet and giving food to people. Sultan-ul-Ashiqeen Hazrat Sakhi Sultan Mohammad Najib-ur-Rehman has given the opinions of almost forty Muslim jurists, scholars of holy traditions and the religious leaders of the earlier and later eras related to all schools of thought about celebrating the Eid Milad-un-Nabi, thus giving a form of research to this writing soaked in the love of the Holy Prophet. He has also given the opinion of the great scholars and jurists about saying Darood (salutations upon the Holy Prophet) in the standing position. Further, he has also discussed in detail the celebration of Eid Milad-un-Nabi in the earlier eras in different regions. The book is a unique gift for the lovers of the Holy Prophet, true scholars and seekers of Allah.
